I cannot be the only one that has been scammed on a hotel in Cairo

For the past year, every time we go to Cairo, we stay in different hotels and every single time after a week or so of the stay, I get a call from my bank saying that they have discover some fraud in my credit card coming from Cairo, and that they will cancel it and give me a new one. The worst one just happened yesterday
.
Not wanting to use the C.C., I used my ATM, (The machines were out of service), the guy tells me, sorry it is not working, you need to use your C.C.
reluctantly I did, and I just found out that they took the money from the account through the ATM card and they also charged my C.C.
what a bunch of
crooks.
Dont want to mention the Hotel name, but
will not
Pass another night there
Will take cash next time and avoid the head ache
Anyone having the same problems ????
