youŽre absolutely spot on. I joined BA a couple of years ago on 23K (cadet pay), whereas i actually financed my own training at OATS ~ 45-50K. BALPA are actually trying to get the company to recognise this but i donŽt think iŽll hold my breath.
BA really need to get their finger out this year and give us what we deserve.
Lets hope LCG starts his new job by trying to increase morale!!!
