Gall stones can be done in double quick time...if the surgeon wants them out. I was walking around the Oaks reception 36 hours after walking in.

's sake get them...and it, out. I have described the pain on this forum, if you really search waaaaay back under my name, you'll see what I mean.
Blue light job and several days in hospital to get me stabilized, them home to wait for months for a slot. Surgeon phoned me and said he was not happy about this, and pulled the thing out privately. He probably saved my life...the bladder was covered in black patches - whatever that means.
