That's why there will (most likely) be courses next year, as McGrath also alluded the timeframe required to train persons to an entry standard including commensurate experience can't be achieved overnight.
Lets wait & see if there are courses next year.
The world is a changing place. All things change, other airlines around the world just plain old recruit PILOTS. Not cadets, not direct entry, not streamed from Regional or subsidiary operations, just plain old day one newstart employees.
