Translation help please!

Hi all,

I am looking for some help with a phrase that a friend has heard. I believe it to have been said to him at a restaurant by a waiter. I assume it was a thank you for the tip but I can't remember exactly.

Anyway the phrase is

"Grazie con tutto"

The phrase doesn't make sense to me as I would translate it as:

"Thankyou with everything"

Is this a common phrase in Italy? If so, would someone please explain what it means?

Thanks for your help,
NA
