I don't think hangarage is a huge ripoff. Property is a huge ripoff in this country, thanks to our capital cities and their property booms, greedy developers, governments and baby boomers (generalisation, I know). For a country that has the population density like ours even if you take away the desert, it's blown out of all proportions. No wonder there aren't any airfields left.
