You're right. SE84-8 is one of many bulletins that are not required for my Cessna 152 ( and others ). Other example is bulletin SE73-25 for 1981 Cessna 152! CAMO guy has no idea what he is doing. The funniest part is that this buggy maintenance program has been approved by polish CAA, but not for long, I've few questions to CAA how I can comply with it.
“million and one fuel drains” mod for Cessna 152 is mandatory in Poland. I can attach picture of C152 after this mod if you scratch your head how you can fit 7 or 8 fuel drains in such small aircraft.
