If you didn't know it Matty, the industry is going through one of the worst recessions in history. Jobs and opportunities are scarce and there is huge competition for every opening.
The degree of care which you exercise with regard to your personal grooming and written work will be noted ..... and you cannot afford to lose any brownie-points if you are serious about achieving your goals!
