How about if the guy sat next you is just BIG? As in broad, wide-shouldered and muscly?
You might be a little thin thing and I can understand you feeling aggrieved that someone might be taking up more space than you - but it's very hard to sit in the next person's seat when you have the armrest dividing you!
If you want to fly in comfort you should do what I do - fly privately. That way you don't have to share your space (although first class on a scheduled airline should offer you that too) and you don't have to contend with severe halitosis either!
Halitosis is a nightmare in cattle class (which you must know about too - thank God I don't have to fly CC now!

) - in fact, it's worse than fat rolls. Nothing worse than sitting next to a person with halitosis, gas, or BO! Puke puke!!!
You sound perfect....in every way. I'm surprised airlines don't pay you to fly with them!
