I would concur with the revised post above, the problem was wrinkling in the bagtanks on rubber bag tanks, so If memory serves me correctly the FAA AD was issued to cover those, I seem to remember there is a Cessna SE to fit the million and one fuel drains on the 152 but as it is a SE or SB it is none mandatory under EASA, get back onto your CAMO and get them to double check, after all that is what you are paying them for I have never seen one with them fitted.
