ATR Approaches
Most approaches are done VISUALLY to our outstations. When it comes to major airports like Manila, Cebu, and Davao they have the capacity to conduct instrument approach procedures.
Though there are some exceptions to the rule of course. There are some outstations that have instrument approaches like BCD, ZAM, ILO, and airports that can accommodate the A320/19.
Most of the time its get under, find the airport, and land.
