Ive flown jet 2 only once this year have to say i was very unimpresed, the crew were at best surly, the seat i was in was held together with gaffer tape (as was the tray table which couldnt be used )the cabin generally was in a tatty state, this may have been a one off but if i were running jet 2 id be loking at the likes of monarch as how to do it , friendly professional crew, well presented cabin and aircraft that look like there looked after by people who know what there about, sure way to cock up a good business, demotivate your vital resources
