Why the F/O should have a looooooowwwww morale ?
Only because of :
# Delayed upgrade
# Flying with high profile DECs (sometime only)
# Less 15 % salary average
# Less days OFF per month
# No way to commute due to rostering new restrictions
# Long term temporary accomodation (Yes it's possible)
# No way to escape from company accomodation because no more utilities allowance
# Documentation dispatch to handle after flight
# Not invited to meetings

What should be your morale after that ?
