We all apply for the same LWOP time off. 16% of the captains each month for the first 6 months. kind of like the all or nothing deal they are giving us. They will then be short staffed and have you flying overtime to get all those loss making full aircraft and passengers to destinations rather than paying out denied boarding compensation. We will all make our pay cut back with overtime. Think about it. an 8% reduction in capacity is equal to one months of captains productivity. if we spread it over 12 months we lose and the company wins. We need to get unified on this.
Several years ago Net Jets pilots got together and all refused upgrades except the bottom 2 pilots on the seniority list and what happened, all the pilots got command pay.
We too need to unite and give the company what they are asking for but on OUR TERMS!
