Keeping growing it, get a mullet! Walking in with a suitable swagger will definately show them your a confident (and of course highly stylish) dude!
But seriously, there are no regulations, but I would suggest, for the cost of a haircut, get it done before you go! Shows you care about your appearance and are serious about impressing them.
