Thats exactly where it came from, the hangar. twenty minutes was spent carrying out the preflight checks. This was a total and absolute overrection by the police who were being fired up by the air ground operator
referring to the site as a "crime scene."This situation has occured before when a pilot walked into the propellor of a stationary aircraft and had a slight cut to his head.
