Hopefully those conditions merely refer to those in the 106 Agreement already addressed by BHX.
Looks as if the promise to spend £10,000 a year for 20 years on tree planting clinched it.
Is that it now or does the application have to go to the Government for confirmation?
The conditions are the 106 agreements...The next stage is to the Government department for approval (Rubber stamp).
I believe there is then an issue with airspace. It has to be moved 400 meters. Does not sound a lot but will need to be resolved.
However, great news for the airport. Great news for the region.
