Would be interesting to see if the responses to this topic would be the same had it been posted 12 months ago when the industry was experiencing rapid growth and promotion through the ranks was rapid in
most airlines. Now that the tables have turned one wonders if some of the unemployed that frequent this forum have a different outlook on the seniority system to what they had in the past.
