That doesn't change the fact that it was a dereliction of duty, as protrayed by the accounts. Ofcourse non but them were there so how can we really judge.
Hesitate to be too judgemental over fellow pilots who have experienced tragedy, fore you don't know what will happen to you tomorrow when you rotate and how you may be judged.
