For info, the most significant action I took was to run the wizards more than a few times and also the gate opened just after accepting a new version of messenger, if you remember the I was already running MSN messenger downsteam on the laptop. So I cannot say with confidence what happened to get things moving if anything.
THe BAD news I am still geting 95% of the time, the previuosly mentioned DLL errors which is a pain in the butt, as the subroutine surfing gets blown out back to the desktop. The DLL errors are :
1. MSVCRT.DLL
2. KERNEL32.DLL
3. YCOMP4,0,2,3.DLL
4. Plus another a cannot remember
