Having just had a look at the CAA web site... it has all changed and for the life of me I could not see a link to the SRG anymore. It is at
www.srg.caa.co.uk, but quite how you are supposed to find it now I don't know. Anyway the number is 01293 567171 and you need to ask for Flight Crew Licensing.
