No sign of Mike McTighe's details on their website - but it does say that Capt Robert Styles will be on the 'UK Advisory Board' which appears from the blurb to be their term for consultants:

Here's what it says about him:

* Boeing 767 specialist
*director of the International Aviation Group Ltd - consultants in airline formation * British Airways senior captain for 17 years with 22,000 hours flying activity

A specialist on the Boeing 767, Robert is a director of both the International Aviation Group Ltd which is a consultancy providing expertise in aircraft brokerage and in airline formation, and a member of BAFT, a provider of examiners and instructors to carry out training of all types for B767/B757 pilots. The company is presently providing conversion courses for three well-known airlines. Before these positions Robert was with Consulente Generale for Air Europe, a complex Belgian consultancy dealing in trouble shooting, pilot recruitment and mergers.
Robert has developed a network of current contacts in aviation regarding the B767, in the fields of troubleshooting, brokerage, flight operations, recruitment and training.

A British Airways senior captain for 17 years, Robert has clocked 22,000 hours flying activity, including those on a simulator. He continues to fly, normally twice a month, as
a test pilot and base training captain on the Boeing 767.
