Quite so. And when inbounds are late, they don't intervene, despite procedures in their manuals to do so. Agent management don't care. BAA, owner of the FIDS system, don't care. Presumably the BAA Procurement team bought the cheapest, least featured version of the software they could, and now won't budget to have it improved. And so nonsense continues to be shown.
