Yes it does, so far as LH is a german company and can not give flights, a/c etc to its subsidiary, such as EN or LHITA f its not according to the contract with LH and the unions, even if the subsidiary is a foreign company.
That is why the EN project has been stopped in october.
So we agree, LHITA is/will be an italian company, no doubt, but its future depends on the agreement with the LH unions. I am only talking about pilots, not about CAs, thats an other story.
Credi mi, io ero quasi selezionato per fare il start up di LHITA con EN, e io aspetto ogni giorno la desicione della LH/LHITA per prendere commandanti e piloti da fuori, ma con pui di 200 piloti in esubero in LH al momento ho pocco sperenza di questo.
