All tickets are upgradeable if YOU pay the extra cost.

A Capt's priority is quite high, equivalent to a junior VP. Priority extends to qualified dependents. Heavy Jet F/Os have the same privilege. On duty, you are a must-ride.

Btw, ID75 is not bookable (similar to a chance pax).

Your lounge access depends on your ticket. Official business is normally at least C (business class).

All of these could be availed after 2 years of regular employment. You get some limited ones before that. Domestic deadheads though are extended anytime.

On a case to case basis, you can actually get an advance from your expected staff tickets.
