From our Asian carrier:

Annually for the pilot and his qualified dependents (spouse, parents, children, unmarried siblings below 21):

Int'l destinations (more than 8hrs flt):
1 ID00
1 ID75
2 ID50

Domestic OR Regional destinations (non-domestic but less than 8hrs flt):
2 ID00
2 ID75
2 ID50

An Int'l ticket can be converted to 2 Regional or 2 Domestic.
The pilot can use his dependent's allocation.

Though the paperwork's a handful, interline as much as you can with most airlines.
Domestic or Regional deadheads are liberal even just on your days off(except to places known to be hiring pilots, hehehe) so the pilot can conserve his staff tickets.

Heavy jet Capts and F/Os & Light Jet Capt (737 & 320) are C/Y.
Light Jet F/Os and Long-haul S/Os are Y.
But if you have had more than 15yrs of service, you fly F.

Of course, if you don't happen to be one of those hated guys, the Purser invariably upgrades you to F anyway.

(W/c you'd normally decline because the cabin crew there are much older compared to the newly-upgraded F/As in C & Y.)
