The question is, would there be a change to the people like this? as the book says "WHAT YOU SOW IS WHAT YOU REAP"
In Philippines mostly new pilots or pilots applying for the airline is scared to reach theses people. you know why? simple they can't afford! but why cant we reached them? pilots who are trying to achieve there goals can't walk like them cant' talk like them and don't have a face like them but they can learn from them. there should be a change and this change will start from all off us especially higher captains.
notice this new airline pilots, these captains went through a lot some have change and some have not but one thing for sure is that you would never know who would hit you at the back. and they still kept an eye on you outside the premises.

hmmm, you want this to end? how about this, when a person saw once person attitude and he/she don't like it do you think it will end? it will, once that person who hate the other person is dead.
