Problem with transition was due to schedule SSIM files not being processed via OAG in time. Galileo (1G) / Amadeus (1A) subsequently missed the OAG schedule run.
Galileo Agents will have full visibility of schedules this Wednesday and Amadeus / Abacus by Saturday. Agents can long-sell if they know the flight numbers, which can be obtained from

Have to agree EWL that things have not run smoothly, but I don't think a smooth transition was anticipated. Normally a change in res platform can take anywhere between 6months and 2years and the "TRIPLETS" (KD/QQ/XR) as nicknamed by Sabre, had to migrate platforms in approximately 4 weeks.
EWL, thanks for putting up your hand for assistance. It is greatly appreciated. Hopefully most major bugs will be gone by end of this week.
