Expecting Turkish, or Boeing to accept any blame for this accident at this time is stupid. Blame will be apportioned in accident reports and courts of law. Only then may admission of blame be expected.
We third parties can cite the failures of any and all, and expect to be joined by partisans who have a dog in this fight. Some may even be correct.
