I tried to make a new thread, but the forum wouldn't allow me for some reason, so first, apologies for digging up such an old thread.
I am planning on going for my initial Class 1 Medical shortly. However, I have a small cyst on my upper eyelid of my left eye.
The eye closes very slightly, but after a visit to my optician, I have near perfect eye sight, with visual accuity of 6/4 in both eyes seperately and together. With just 0.25 dioptres of astigmatism, and a normal field of view.
Will this cyst affect my ability to gain a class 1? I can have it removed but, would personally prefer to not go through the procedure if I didn't need to.
So, would it cause me to fail, even though I have good eyesight and field of view?
