Temazepam is one of many ways of taking benzodiazepine.

One of my impassioned warnings about Valium and the like was made a sticky for some time. Search this forum, me, anytime, and any of this group.


I earnestly recommend not taking it, the results can be horrifying.


I'm no longer flying, but it's still Zolpidem for me, even though its 3 to 4 hour half life seems to have been extended. Again I mention that I would take as little as a quarter of the recommended dose. Half, at the most.

I'm getting continued good results from the technique of running through an idyllic story/setting. This is after years of resorting to sleepers because of trying to live on both sides of the Atlantic. Hard to do sometimes, but I've reduced the use to a fifth of the nights prior to doing this.
