Calgary,

"I do not have my PPL (Private Pilot’s License) but have made arrangements with Springbank Flight Training Ltd. to call me back before June to register for their course, however I would much rather take this course at Mount Royal College. I have called the aviation department and left messages to find out how to register for this course. I haven’t been able to get talk to anyone in the aviation department and received no phone calls for the messages I left, so I figure something must be going wrong. I will hopefully soon find out how to register in this course. "

As mentioned on my previous post I don't know anything about MRC. One thing however, I would certainly leave the admissions dept. with the impression that you have fully researched their (as well as others perhaps) diploma (try and get a feel for the success rate of ex-grads and where and what they are doing now) ..............but don't mention " I have called the aviation department and left messages to find out how to register for this course. I haven’t been able to get talk to anyone in the aviation department and received no phone calls for the messages I left, so I figure something must be going wrong. " ........this looks really bad (may be geniune reasons for calls not having been promptly returned), and in the same breath you are saying you want to register for their course - is that not an oxymoron !!?

Good luck.
