being the wing tip it looks to high to of been ground equipment,most likely another wing tip collision.
mmmm...... the big clue is that it was a 744F.....F being the key.
After loading, the ground handlers towed the tail support strut into the wing tip. Just didn't give a wide enough berth around the wing. The poor
tail support ended up lying down on the tarmac.
Not the first time and certainly won't be the last.
