The "F Word"
As an observation, I suggest that his use of this, and probably other words simply draws attention to a basic lack of education and understanding of the English language. He probably also thinks (wrongly) that it commands respect and forces people do as he wants.
Sadly it is symptomatic of the quality and aggressive nature of British management today, and he will discover that it will simply result in all his best staff upping sticks and leaving the company.
