You're better off scanning and emailing the documents directly and while you're at it make about 10 copies because as far as the Indian mafia is concerned, it's easier for you to just keep filling them out then it is for them to keep track of the originals. They are on their own schedule so there is no time line. My advice: Get EVERYTHING in writing, keep your job until then and have an exit strategy.
