G Meters

Looking at this vid a G meter seems perhaps warranted, however due to the state of the industry many of these smaller aircraft are not fitted with all the instruments that would make life easier for the crew, so here is a little rule of thumb;
  1. 1g to 0.5 g Passengers who fly frequently are undisturbed by the sensation however first timers may feel a little apprehensive.
  2. 0.5 to 0 g, Strange sounds begin to come from passengers, sometimes a little emotional, however still no danger.
  3. 0g to -1g The pilot may experience a euphoric sensation, brought on by the sighting of a viewfinder full of AIRBORNE CLAM proceeding toward him from the rear seats. Although there are no recorded deaths from the dreaded clam, extreme caution is advised.
When flying around the Kimberly, beware the airborne clam
