It was tongue in cheek, its the same story for every large city, just Id been home this week and unfortunately witnessed the anti social behaviour that gives the place a bad name..
The city looks great now, and Liverpool One the new developement of Chavass Park is excellent, with the Albert Dock and Echo Arena lit up in the background, and of course the 3 Graces, they look stunning with all the masonry cleaned.
