Yes - you can get music on HF, but AM is better than USB for music.
BBC World Service has music at times - Get frequencies on their website.
Maybe better for music would be Radio Netherlands Wereld Omroep.
My tastes for music are likely to be different than yours.
I used to listen to Classical... Radio Moscow was good for that.

Sorry, retired, my notebook with HF frequencies not handy...!
Generally music stations can be found on 13, 16, 19, 25, 31, 41, 49 meters.
See Google to get frequencies in mHz.
Then proceed in these bands by steps of 5 kHz.
Try as an example between 9700 and 9995 kHz for music.
High frequencies good during day, lower good at night.
