Over the years we have always faced this recalcitrant behaviour from an employer who knows that we can't work anywhere else, but never in my experience with such aggression and planning.

Any dispute/delay to the EBA prolongs the period where TFN can keep saying that service interruption is due to illegal industrial action. The simple fact is that AsA could give us a 100% payrise tomorrow and there still would be TIBA - there is just not enough staff left after they created the ALMs and drove other ATCs overseas.
