can recall getting a set of brand new 4 bar jobs (for my CMD upgrade) so I spent some time making them appear well worn, now that means experience, the older they look the more experience you have right guys?
As an F/O I always ensured I had nice shiny bars. That way everyone thought I was a n00b and therefore didn't have too high expectations of me!
