The spokeswoman said experts advised that air-conditioning would be used only on a few days each year.
Maybe those "experts" should have the aircon removed from all and any vehicles that they use, with the windows sealed shut. Could be that they would have a slight attitude readjustment after a week or two in summer

You couldn't make up this sort of stuff, it's just beyond belief in this day and age
