may just be a way to provide a cheaper integrated scheme under the cabair name i reckon... Im not a business expert but there must be a reason behind the extra option that would not mean phasing out spain altogether.
Cabair has just recently opened at requenna, moving from valencia INTL so i dont think they would be that quick to move out just yet!
