As I'm only looking out for your next oral on your checkride I don't want you to bust do to mis-stating a limitation. The 40 knots is correct for the ground wind limits on all doors. However, the 60 is not -- it's 65 knots. So get those doors open before the hurricane winds of 75 knots come in and you'll be fine.
