FlyLAL Lithuanian Airlines has been purchased by SCH Swiss Capital Holdings f
As per Flightglobal:

FlyLAL has started proceedings to cancel the sale to Swiss Capital Holdings

Wonder who will snap up the two (?) Saab 2000s. They might be of interest particularly for Eastern Airways.
