Only really cheap fares would work for the 'R' word to places such as CIA & BGY from BHX.
Last time I looked Baby were flying to the real Rome airport from BHX but, not doing LCC's, not even Baby to FCO could compete with the price, sociable flight schedules and level of service offered to MXP, a real Milan airport, and FCO by Swiss from BHX.
