Hi, my wife suffered from IBS for many years and this was then joined by constant headaches, sleepless nights, hot flushes etc associated with the menopause. On a friends advise she started taking 4ml a day of a stablilised aloe vera gel. End result = complete removal of symptoms although it returns if she stops taking the gel.
