Question is not very clear to me, what you mean for runway analysis ?
If you mean all calculations to match the AFM weight limitations......you have right.
If you mean the use of some approved runway analysis "table", you can take off and land legally (within weight limits) without any of such tables.
As far as I know, there are some collegues who likes to fly as "Test Pilot".
