Been there, experienced people also get laid off after having been loyal to a company for a number of years. At the end of the day the accountants have their say, 3 monkeys are better value than someone who knows what they are doing. H&S, efficiency, honesty,loyalty & motivation to get the job done, just dont seem to count any more. Aviation consultant/accountant - the only job to have and be sured to keep - Get rid of crews, Get rid of Aircraft, Get rid of handlers & then we can make a profit? What is Aviation coming to!
