The whole story is that she got stuck originally because those LIARS at Priceline.com told her and then us that her original flight on Tuesday was canceled (operated as codeshare DL161). Me being a distrustful soul (why cancel a JFK flight, they're always full...) decide to investigate this. Of course the flight operated, (I have the mvt message etc), it was probably overbooked and she, being on a cheap ticket got the boot. Everyone is going to hear about this very loudly, as my better half is on the warpath. Our daughter is 16 and was left to fend for herself by the give a sh*t AZ ground staff. Some kind lady from S.E.A helped her out, got her a hotel voucher, a meal voucher etc... Her manager is going to get a thank-you letter, we have her name. AZ are going to hear it...
The weather of course, is a whole different ball game, these things happen. But for us, it would have been irrelevant if above situation had not happened.
So now she is booked on 08Jan flight... I await the next "issue"
