I am just reading a book on the benefits of Aloe Vera, the medicine plant. I have no personal experience with Aloe Vera but the book, written by a GP, claims that it can help with a variety of digestive probems, including IBS.
I suffer from mild digestive problems as a side effect from other medication so I am going to try it.
